This service is typically used when trying to decide whether or not to make an offer on a property. The duration of this inspection is approximately 90 minutes, and we request clients be present. The Pre-Inspection can be used on single-family houses, townhouses/condos, and duplexes. A report is not included with the Pre-Inspection.
